Reiki Healing

The experience you receive from a reiki treatment may differ from person to person. Usually there is a feeling of deep relaxation. You may also feel uplifted and a feeling that radiates around you and within you. A letting go of all tension and anxiety in the body. Feeling a state of peace. Often a client will drift off during the reiki treatment. Usually the session lasts around 45 to 60 minutes. Occasionally 90 minutes.

Reiki energy is from the universal life force and will flow to the parts of the body where it is needed. It promotes healing and it is administered by “laying on of hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy is low” then we are more likely to feel unwell or feel stressed and if it is high, we are more capable of being and feeling happy and healthy.

The work reiki is made of two Japanese words. Rei which means “Higher Power” “God’s wisdom” or the Kei which is “Life force energy.” So Reiki is spiritually guided “Life force energy”. that flows through the healer to the client.

Carol focuses upon releasing and healing the emotional wounds and fear based beliefs resulting from a persons passed and in the expansion and development of their soul. She draws upon vast healing and spiritual knowledge as well as her intuitive gifts to bring through much needed guidance and insights for her clients, as well as, assisting them to their own inner wisdom, this so they may heal emotional wounds and fear based beliefs that are running their life and blocking their ability to reach their soul’s potential for this life.
